Likes during our Christmas stay included the friendly staff and the central location, which made it easy to explore the town. The rooms were tidy and there was a nice view from the top floor. the breakfast had a good variety of options which we enjoyed.
The rooms were quite dusty and could have used a thorough cleaning. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Everything in the bathroom worked. The reception staff were cheerful and very helpful even though we only had a only a few words of Turkish. They were happy to phone ahead for reservatiions for us. The breakfast was served in a spotless dining room and offered a good choice. Excellent value for money.

Not spectacularly arty but attempts to be so we pleasing enough. Top floor restaurant and lounge area relaxing, breakfast good and it is adjacent to a good Turkish restaurant if you don't want to walk too far. It was convenient for the Museum - certainly walkable even in 40degrees. Not so convenient for Abraham's pool and the bazaar but walkable if you want to soak up the atmosphere of Sanliurfa and easy enough to grab a cab back if you've bought up the bazaar. It met all our requirements as a group of travellers who only use hotels to sleep comfortably, breakfast and get useful information from Reception to get out to the places we want to visit. It was good value.

Located in the center of Urfa, Hotel Arte offers easy access to the old tourist area, allowing guests to explore the historic parts of the city. the rooms are large, modern, and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable stay. the bathroom provided hot water and the breakfast served was a traditional Turkish-style meal with a variety of options. the hotel also had a nice lounge area on the top floor, perfect for relaxation.
The room had a slight cigarette smoke smell, which could be bothersome for non-smokers.

Hello ! "Arte Hotel" is a very common hotel, nothing special. Are you really going to Urfa ? (42º degrees in July, 50º in August) - think very well before going to this city ! It is a "downtown" city and extremelly hot. Be sure !
I was in this hotel for 8 days ! Air conditioned did not work properly, no English spoken (only after 23:00h to 07:00 am - one receptionist speaks English over there). You can find very new hotels for the same price (look them at internet). And.. good luck in SalinUrfa !

During our Easter weekend stay, we appreciated the clean rooms and the big windows that let the sun shine in. the hotel was conveniently located near the main tourist spots and public transportation. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included different Turkish-style delicacies.
the shower seemed to have some problems and the towels weren't as fresh as we would have liked.

Location is fine, rooms are nice.
This hotel seems to be out of business, empty, and internet did not work at all - good internal network but no connection with provider... There are better deals in the center for cheaper. I left after one night, and paid only this night (they are honnest).
